Authority Prayers
"... the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent are taking it by force." (Matthew 11:12)
Authority Prayers are typically used in situations where one is preparing to engage the "enemy" during a deliverance or any other militant act against the dark kingdom. The purpose of authority prayers is to inform your opponent who you are, your authority in Christ Jesus, what you are planning to do, and to establish your dominance over them (put them under your feet). It is a formal challenge made to one's spiritual opponent, similar to the way medieval knights of long ago would "throw down the gauntlet". Authority prayers are spoken out loud and with authority for best results. These prayers should always be preceeded by suitable prayers of protection.
1.) Authority Prayer By Greg Locke
In the mighty name of Jesus, I come against every demonic spirit that is in resistance and rebellion to my deliverance. I command them to be bound and rendered powerless. Any spirit trying to withstand, distract, cast doubt, or hinder my freedom in Christ must obey the authority of the name of Jesus and leave me immediately. Satan, I resist you in Jesus' name, and I am closing any doors which I or my ancestors may have opened to you and your demons; I declare them to be my enemies and I want them out of my life completely. I am now claiming deliverance from any and all evil spirits which may be in me or around me. Once and for all I close the door of my life to all occult practices and command all connected and related spirits to leave me now, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
2.) Authority Prayer by Gene Moody
Satan, I come against all powers, principalities, evil forces in this world and spiritual wickedness in high places. I come against all demons inside or outside of myself and anyone present. The Bible says, "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." I intend to exercise that power to set myself free. Satan, I come against you by the power and blood of Jesus Christ, by the Word of God, by the name of Jesus, by the authority of the believer, in the unity of our spirits. Satan, I tell you that I sit in heavenly places with our Christ Jesus. I am over you, your fallen angels, your demons and all forces of evil. I remind you that you are subject to the believer. I bind every power that you have and loose myself from you in the name of Jesus.
Lord Jesus, I ask that you would send the gifts of the Holy Spirit as needed to minister to my needs and to accomplish what you want done here today. I am careful to give You all the glory, honor, praise and credit for everything that is said and done. I ask all these things in the blessed name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Master and Savior. And I take authority over Satan according to the whole Word of God. For it's in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
3.) Authority Prayer by Win Worley
Satan, I am seated in the Heavenlies far above you and your power, and in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I put you and all of your legions on notice that I am attacking you from my position in Christ where I am seated at the right hand of my Heavenly Father in the Highest Heaven. This places me high above you, principalities, powers, thrones, dominions, world rulers, rulers of darkness, kings, princes, and every other fallen angelic rank under your command! In the name of the Lord Jesus, I ask the Heavenly Father for sufficient legions of the Holy Giant Warrior Angels to BIND all satanic forces here and in the air overhead; that they will not be able to interfere in any way with my activities today. Furthermore, I command in Jesus' name that the free demonic spirits in this place be securely bound and taken where Jesus sends them; that they can in nowise interfere. I take authority from the Highest Heaven where I am seated in Christ and remind all evil spirits that you must obey me! In Jesus' mighty name I pray. Amen.

Satan, I remind you and your demons that I am a priest of the Order of Melchizedek and a member of the Army of God, and the spirit that resides in me is the same spirit that resided in Jesus Christ when he hung on that cross and defeated you 2000 years ago at Calvary. You are a defeated foe and I am forgiven! I repeat! I am FORGIVEN! I now put you Satan, and all of your legions under my feet in the name and blood of Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of the Living God in Jesus' name.
